Pemulangan & bayaran balik

Dasar Bayaran Balik

Effective 15 October 2026. Aurora is operated by ONE DIGITAL COLLECTIVE (Singapore UEN 53198615D). For return help, email support@aurora.fashion with your order number. Please wait for our return address and instructions before sending an item.

Pemulangan kerana berubah fikiran

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery for an unused, unworn item in its original condition with any tags and accessories. Contact us within that period. If approved, send it back using the instructions we provide. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We cannot accept an item that has been worn, used or damaged after delivery, except where your legal rights require otherwise.
