Terms and Conditions

Effective 15 October 2026. Aurora is the online fashion store operated by ONE DIGITAL COLLECTIVE, a Singapore sole proprietorship (UEN 53198615D). Contact us at support@aurora.fashion for order questions or the business correspondence address.

Orders and prices

Product pages show the available options and prices in Singapore dollars (SGD). The displayed product price includes Aurora’s standard delivery charge to an eligible address in Singapore, Malaysia or Indonesia. We may correct an obvious listing error before accepting an order; if payment has already been taken and we cannot fulfil at the stated price, we will offer a full refund. An order confirmation acknowledges your order. We will confirm dispatch when the order is handed to the carrier.

Availability is subject to our supplier confirming the selected variant and delivery route for your address. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the affected item in full. We do not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Payment and delivery

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive your full card number. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; see our Shipping Policy. Orders may arrive in separate parcels. For Malaysia and Indonesia, customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges imposed by local authorities or carriers are not included in the product price and may be payable by the customer. We will disclose this before payment.

Returns and order issues

Our Refund Policy explains the 14-day unused-item return window and how we handle wrong, damaged or faulty items. Please contact support@aurora.fashion before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. If a delivery is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos so we can investigate. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and law
