Information we collect

When you browse or order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery details, selected products, order and support history, and technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and cookies. We do not receive your full card number; Stripe handles payment details.

How we use information

We use this information to run the website, take payment, confirm and fulfil orders, provide shipping updates, handle returns and support requests, prevent fraud, maintain security, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve the store. We send marketing messages only where permitted and provide an unsubscribe option.

Who receives information

We share only the information needed with service providers that help us operate Aurora, including WooCommerce and our website host, Stripe for payments, CJdropshipping and its suppliers and delivery carriers for fulfilment, and our email provider for customer communications. Your order and delivery details may be processed outside Singapore because products are sourced and shipped internationally. We take reasonable steps to protect personal data when it is transferred or handled by providers.

To provide multilingual pages, we may send text from Aurora’s public storefront, such as product descriptions and policy wording, to Yandex Translate, to MyMemory (operated by Translated), and to Microsoft Edge Translator through TranslateRocket Labs. The Yandex and Microsoft Edge translation connections use unofficial endpoints that may change or stop working. Yandex is based in Russia; Microsoft and the other providers may process this text outside Singapore. MyMemory may retain submitted text in a public translation memory. Our translation setup is intended for public storefront content. We review important customer information before publishing translated pages.

Retention and security

We keep personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for orders, support, legal and accounting duties, then delete or anonymise it when appropriate. We use reasonable access and security measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and questions

You can ask us about your data, request access or correction, or withdraw consent where applicable by emailing support@aurora.fashion. Withdrawing information needed to fulfil an order may affect that order. You can also control cookies through your browser; some essential site functions may not work without them. We may update this policy and will show the updated effective date here.
