Shipping Policy

Effective 15 October 2026. Aurora currently serves eligible addresses in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Product availability depends on the selected item and delivery address. Product prices are in SGD and include our standard shipping charge; no separate standard delivery fee is added at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Our products are sourced through fulfilment partners. For items not already in a partner warehouse, processing before dispatch normally takes about 2–5 business days, but supplier or seasonal delays may extend this. After dispatch, current carrier estimates are approximately 5–15 days for Singapore and 15–30 days for Malaysia or Indonesia, depending on the item and route. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We will email tracking information when available. Items in one order may arrive separately.

Import charges and address issues

Shipments to Malaysia and Indonesia may be sent duties-unpaid. Customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges assessed by local authorities or carriers may be payable by the customer and are not included in Aurora’s product price. Please check your delivery details before paying. Email support@aurora.fashion promptly if you need an address change; we can only change it before the order is dispatched.

If a route is unavailable

We verify the delivery route when fulfilling an order. If the selected variant cannot be delivered to your address, we will contact you and refund the affected item in full rather than substitute without your consent. For delivery questions or a missing parcel, email support@aurora.fashion with your order number.
